2 of our fab physiotherapists @APL_Physio @nickyj93 have set up the @opalassessunit ‘Step into Christmas’ December theme to build upon our recent OT lead deconditioning project They have set up an interactive board to engage staff and patients 🎄🎅 The aim is to collectively walk to the North Pole by Christmas Eve 🚶 So far it’s been a fantastic MDT and patient effort 🤩…and it’s only day 2!! @dr_sally_briggs @WythenshaweHosp @MFT_CSSAHPs @FallsWtwa @BeckieHughes8 @AGILECSP

🕺💃The first set of 'BedDances' to get patients moving in hospital ahead of their discharge have taken place. ‘BedDances’ aim to improve patients' mobility and prevent deconditioning in hospital through creative dance-based exercise sessions accompanied by uplifting music.
