The first of three recently completed @premierinn projects for Whitbread Property is now complete. The scheme includes 22 new bedrooms (13 premier plus) and a new 50-seat The Social restaurant, created within the footprint of a former restaurant and manager’s accommodation.

On-site CPD at the @premierinn Manchester Rochdale Road project with @GMIConstruction & @HiltiGB. A great opportunity for the Allison Pike team to walk the site, see the progress first-hand, and take part in a valuable passive fire protection session delivered by Hilti.
