National Housing Bank (NHB), in its tradition, commemorates its 38th Foundation Day on July 9th, 2025, to mark its journey and contributions in the realms of housing and housing finance sector.

MoU is entered on 17th June, 2025 between National Housing Bank and Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company, Nairobi, Kenya, where NHB and KMRC have decided to collaborate and cooperate with each other in areas of mutual interest, for furtherance of their respective objectives.
