@TeachMrReed As a school administrator I believe students should be engaged bell to bell, for those schools which still have bells. Engagement can include relationship and team building activities.

Administrators demanding that their teachers teach “bell-to-bell” are out of touch with reality. This mandate disregards humanity, creates unrealistic expectations, leads to burnout, and does not yield positive results for children.
