My position is I want what is best for our country and citizens. Issues aren’t one dimensional. I have big concerns with AI(more about human autonomy than jobs right now). Another concern is indoctrination of our children. The leftist have grown extremely intolerant. People on the right just think they have bad ideas or positions, they don’t think you’re a bad person. Leftist think anyone who disagrees with them are bad people. Many are posting videos about killing law enforcement their families. It’s insane.

Oh, well. If you’re a teacher, let me step back. I’d say we have a crisis of grit, a consequence of people realizing the future is dire.
But that’s just propaganda, right?

Yes it is. Personal determination is key. right now we have shortages in nursing, teaching, trades - there’s tons of jobs out there. I blame colleges too, handing out useless degrees. Decades ago you only went to college if you were gonna be a professional. A lot of people would start entry level and work their way up.

I was blessed to write 2x Olympian @DanHendo book who bled red, white and blue and did everything to make a third Olympic team.
Of course no one is going to agree w/ everything here — but if you don’t want to rep the USA, then give up your spot to someone who does.

First off, it’s demeaning and insulting to assume kids can’t think for themselves
Second if their brains “aren’t developed” then anything is propaganda no matter the politics.

Kids think for themselves? Their brains aren’t any near fully developed. If we allow our kids to be used as political tools, that opens for all involved to go after kids. Right now republicans are still leave kids out of it. But it’s starting to changes home school, going after teachers unions- these are very powerful movements that are well funded. I say leave kids alone and move on.

My own teachers union bragged about how we “get them in college but now we’re going into high-school and younger.”
