In Difficulty By AQM What is the answer to find a way for humanity To honour this duality—The beautiful bane and heavy gift? Why do we stop at the appearance of difficulty or loss? Why—between your soul and mine—is there this terrible rift? Perhaps it is meant to be that way Of that I cannot be sure But how is it then, when stirred by personal passion or malice, We seldom stop at enough and often move for more? Is there not a light in the soul To chase away the night when it darkens? To find something greater—not to achieve it—to remember That would rejuvenate the psyche when it hearkens? Why is it difficult to avoid chaos or a hell of personal design, Originating from the deepest recesses of the human’s being? Or instead listen to kindness, grace, and beauty? Why are destructive urges chaotic while seeming so freeing? This is the crisis we face, and one would think it’s simple to be good, Yet the answer may evade even the greatest sage or sleuth Why are there excuses and so many apparent obstacles When forging our way to the simplest of truths? Perhaps the answer is simple—Or we have to find it for ourselves Not simply walk the path that has already been trod, Or perhaps we need guidance now more than ever The illuminating, burning love of the Most Compassionate God

Israel also continues to hold approximately 34 square kilometers beyond agreed withdrawal lines and has blocked repairs to electricity, water, and sewage infrastructure. Aid and movement restrictions remain severe: Aid entry ▪️ Only ~37.4% of agreed humanitarian aid has entered — ~224 trucks per day vs. 600 agreed ▪️ Fuel deliveries at just 14.8% of required levels Rafah crossing ▪️ Rafah crossing fully closed on the reported day ▪️ Only 4,446 of 14,200 planned crossings carried out (~31.3%) ▪️ Medical and humanitarian travel remains severely restricted

These guys—Zionists and Israel supporters—know, deep down, that their arguments are weak, and they have a host of cheap tactics used to draw attention away from it. Sadly though, Emily has the combination of appearance, identity, politics, and probably identity politics which allow her to circumvent the development of a skill set or actual personality required of most people to make their way in the world. But at least some good has come of this: Now we get to see a lot of these "anti-Woke champions" for what they are when the fruit they have to pick isn't already on the ground.

@Emilyaustin @EmilyAustinShow The fact that you have the confidence to both debate Scott Horton and make a joke like this publicly proves to me—beyond a shadow of any doubt whatsoever—that pretty privilege is real, antisemitism is not, and you're a smug narcissist.

Smoke can clean the air better than some chemicals. A study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology analyzed the effects of "medicinal smoke" - specifically the combustion of wood and a mixture of odoriferous and medicinal herbs - on airborne pathogens. The goal was to see if natural smoke could function as an atmospheric sterilizer. The findings were significant. The researchers treated a closed room with this medicinal smoke for one hour. They found that it didn't just mask odors; it decimated the bacteria. Within 60 minutes, there was a 94 percent reduction in bacterial counts. Even more surprising was the longevity of the effect. While chemical sprays often evaporate or dissipate quickly, the smoke treatment maintained a cleaner environment for 24 hours in a closed room. In an open room, specific pathogenic bacteria - including Staphylococcus lentus and Enterobacter aerogenes were completely absent even 30 days after the initial treatment. This indicates that the smoke possesses strong bactericidal properties, capable of eliminating diverse plant and human pathogens within a confined space. It challenges the modern assumption that air quality is only improved by filtration, This modern data validates a practice that dates back thousands of years. Indigenous cultures worldwide have long used smoke for purification. In India, the havan ritual involves burning specific herbs to purify the environment, while Aboriginal Australians have performed "smoking ceremonies" for roughly 60,000 years to ward off bad spirits and cleanse the land.
