@arco, why don’t I get credit for this? At the pump I input my phone number attached to my rewards account and chose Marathon Rewards. I chose this location, because it was listed as “Marathon” on Google Maps.

@Sabatha613 Hi Brenda, unfortunately, this is a temporary hold placed by your bank, and ARCO does not have control over the amount of the hold. Typically, the holds are only for 24 to 48 hours, depending on the bank.

ARCO, FROM MY EXPERIENCE SLOWS THE PUMP DOWN NOT GETTING FULL PRICE of GAS. THEY HAVE ALSO PUT MASS HOLDS ON YOUR CARD LIKE A 175 HOLD THAT DECLINES AND PREVENTS YOU FROM USING WHAT YOU HAVE, CAUSING AN OVER DRAFT. @arco Visalia Ca Check out this article: cnn.com/2026/05/15/pol…

@arco El 02/03/2026 compre gasolina en la estación de Central Camionera de Tijuana, B.C., MX, pedí ticket para facturar y más tarde intente facturar y no pude, me salió un mensaje que decía que esa venta ya había sido facturada. A alguien más le dieron mi ticket para facturar.

Hey @arco ! Your gas station in Bonita CA just stole $35 from my wife! She paid $35 in cash, but the attendant credited the money to the wrong pump, which someone else pumped. When she went to tell them, the refused to either give her the gas, or give her back the money!? She had to pay another $35 to get the gas she needed. What the hell @arco !
