Both As and A's are correct.
As in the case of single letters of the alphabet, it's correct to use an apostrophe show plurality when it would otherwise be ambiguous.

@AndrewRodaway No crime has been committed (unless you're a devout adherent to one of the style guides). Both As and A's are correct.
In this case, the unusual plurality of a letter of the alphabet is better denoted with an apostrophe to increase readability.
