@FIR31415 @VecrosTech Cube is chinese and overrated. Period. Agam Autopilot v6x-RT is far better than anything else out there. We have a full traceability even down to PCB level, the raw materials like FR4, Copper, etc are coming from Europe, US and Singapore. Zero chinese in raw materials.

@karthikRanga92 This will lead to same quick commerce companies filling the gap with more skilled and certified technicians, with better pay. Its just a matter of time. I see this as a good thing. With independent contractors we are at their mercy. A company supervised workforce is efficient.

Quick commerce has kind of obliterated the skilled work. When I was renovating my office room, my carpenter had issues finding good labor. He said, many of his employees have gone for delivery because the payment is more. Even with our apartment, it's hard to find electricians. But now that the Qcom industry has stabilized, they are not getting paid as much as they were getting before. Carpenters,electricians, plumbers, etc are getting hard to find now but are the best skills which are not going to be automated and taken over by anything else.

We demo'ed this drone everywhere we possibly could in the last one month. Delhi(couldn't fly), Bangalore(we flew it indoors, video in the comments) and then in Hyderabad. One amazing feedback or comment we got was, "This drone feels like DJI. Rock solid stability, responsive and well tuned". This is what we strive for! How many of you are interested in getting a drone platform like this? A complete drone kit(excluding radio controller and any payloads). Comment below. We may plan to put it up on the website.

In recent times with multiple interactions with companies, we have realized one thing. We are not competing against Chinese manufacturers but with Indian customers who don't believe us and our capabilities. They would rather buy failing products multiple times than buy a quality product from us one time. So much easier dealing with international orders and exports even if it comes with a tedious documentation process.

Finally able to do a complete powerloop! We have been testing our 4in1 ESC for a while now at extreme Bengaluru weather. No issues observed. Feeling rusty since I haven't been flying FPV frequently. But now on, I got a reason to fly every now and then, with our own FC+ESC stack. And soon with our own something else too 🤪🤫

A question we need to ask. CVRDE/Ashok Leyland and Kirloskar are using Ricardo for their engine design consultancy. Mahindra Hero and Tata use AVL consultancy for their designs. Some others use Renk. Why not these companies all come together and develop that combustion engine expertise locally by funding an IC Engine Center of excellence at IIT Madras(NCCRD) or elsewhere? Setup a CoE for each of the sub technologies. Fund industry oriented research and technology development and use the CoE for expertise and the M Tech and PhD grads coming out of these for their in house engineering design talent?

Ricardo is the consultant for the design and development phase. Another vendor is going to be employed to perform the engine simulations. (Structural, TFSI, bore distortion, NVH, gearbox oiling etc) and a variety of vendors to be employed for piston side and fuel injection.
