1.) We know a lawsuit has been approved by the courts, just don’t know what it precisely is yet, but it’s been reported that it’s directly connected to the incident.
2.) Everything that’s been moving around them in the positive light with the media feels very “legal” (Which also might explain the silence tbh, refer to my old tweets.)
3.) They have gone after people for this before, with the situation obviously being much smaller scale compared to this
