Exciting News! From today @ART_CogLit is part of @ACCELS1 - the Aachen Center for Cognitive and Empirical Literary Studies. Now @RWTHEnglish does not only boast a chair of Empirical and one of Cognitive Literary Studies, but its very own research center. @RWTH - the place to 1/2

Another reason to come to Aachen - our colleagues from the chair for Cognitive Semiotics will be organizing IACS4, and we will, of course be around.

New adventures will consist of teaching English and Maths (yay!). However, I'm also super excited for what's ahead for @ART_CogLit and will continue to be a part of projects wherever feasible!

After 8 (!) wonderful years, as of today I have officially left @RWTHEnglish. I'm very grateful for all the opportunities but even more for the fab people I got to meet & work with along the way (incl. my amazing colleagues & many of you)! Now very excited for my new adventures!

From March we will have a new team member. Ralf Schneider, formerly Prof. at Bielefeld, will join @RWTHEnglish @ARTCogLit. Ralf is one of the leading researchers in Cognitive Literary Studies and Reader-response in Germany and beyond. We are very excited to have him on our team.
