@DmSllvn I find grading during class super helpful!
During independent work time, I'll circle the room and grade the assignment of the day and give direct feedback.
In HS, we would even review work as a class and self-grade. Tests/major assignments were the only teacher-graded things.

Are there a lot of other jobs where people get to work an hour+ before the work day actually begins, and stay for an hour+ after it ends, and then keep working on it at home?
