What a refreshing read after years of frustration, stagnation and fans being starved of information. I love his measured approach and the fact that he wants to listen to and engage fans. I’m very hopeful that the good times will return and Landon couldn’t have made a better start

Park Drive was Dad’s second home and he was a huge supporter of the cricket teams and football team over the years. In particular, he would always push the case for local, junior cricketers to be given a chance as he felt they were the future of the club.

A very measured interview from our new owner. All sounds positive for the future and a breath of fresh air. I love the line about listening to fans and having dialogue with fans’ groups. This was a massive mistake of the previous regime and cost the club badly. Welcome Landon.

@StellingRobbie Totally agree Robbie. With our strong defence, we must be more attack minded, particularly at home. Very surprised not to see Daly and Folarin starting after their contributions on Saturday. I have loads of respect for Feaths but he must learn quicker

Up until Louis Storey's sending off, fancied Gateshead to win the game and the first half performance is a bit of a concern. Credit to Pools, though, for finding a way to win. Subs made the difference again - still feel there is space in the side for another attacker.
