@ASBBank Pls don't sell AIA products. Dealing with them is dreadful. The real horror starts when U make a claim & you need insurance in your time of need. Their goal is to not pay but make you suffer. Human lives mean nothing to them. Pls sell products of a better insurance co.

OK i've got to delete a payee. Where do I do that?

@ASBBank Apparently I can't make a payment because i have 99 payees? Why is 99 the limit? The dunbar number is 150, and surely i might want to pay more people than i know.

@ASBBank another night of down services when no one can contact you after 11pm, need a 24/7 tech team for servicing the online systems, easy to have two different shift, day shift and night shift for a solution for this problem

@ASBBank what’s happening to our ASB Hawaii Branch? Looks like it was hacked or something because we cannot get to our account online and our Home Screen comes up Blank. We tried calling but no response left an online message but no response? We not getting anykind of response?

@ASBBank looks like there a system glitch because I couldn’t get into my account online the home page would not come up and when it did- the screen was blank. Tried calling but lines were busy and this happened AFTER ASB had a system update I think it was- so to me “
