Congratulations to our January Cougar Cubs of the Month! One student in each class was selected for demonstrating our January Character Word- Ambition - through their behavior, attitude, words, actions, and/or class work! Way to go, we are so proud of you!

ASE celebrated National School Counseling Week last week and would like to say a huge thank you to Ms. Edwards! She goes above and beyond to build positive relationships, to make sure our students have what they need, and to connect with our families. We are glad you're at ASE!

ASE celebrated the 💯th day of school on Wednesday and 5th grade celebrated their 1000th day of school! The themes were, "💯 years old", "💯 years ago- 1920's", and "💯 in your outfit". Thank you to those that participated! 80 school days left, let's make them count!

Congratulations to Daniel C. for representing Arnco-Sargent last night at the Coweta County School System Spelling Bee! He did an excellent job and we are so proud of him!

ASE students and staff had SNOW much fun on Friday with a surprise snow day engagement day! We'd like to say a special thank you to @crchurchonline for providing the snow machines and to Ms. Allen for providing the cotton candy machine!

ASE students and staff wrapped up a great 1st week of the 2nd semester with a House Meeting to discuss goals and expectations! We had skits to demonstrate expectations in the cafeteria, the hallways, and the classroom. We're excited and ready for the 2nd half of the school year!

ASE had an incredible turnout this morning for PTO's Donuts with Santa! Thank you so much for spending the morning with us and for supporting our PTO! A huge thank you to our wonderful PTO for making it all happen! Merry Christmas to our entire Arnco-Sargent Community! 🎅🎄🎁

ASE PTO would like to invite you to Donuts w/ Santa on Saturday, December 10th from 9-12 in the cafeteria. Tickets are $5.00 and include a visit w/ Santa, Donuts, Hot Chocolate, Making an Ornament, and More! Chorus and Action Team will also perform. We hope to see you there!

4th Grade students at ASE had a special surprise this morning! Thank you Central Baptist Church for donating a Newnan High School hoodie to each 4th grader at ASE. They were so excited and grateful, you made our day! Thank you for partnering with us and supporting our school!

Congratulations to our Red House for earning the House Party for the month of November! Students and staff in the Red House were surprised with an ice cream bar and extra play time in the gym. The smiles say it all! Let the games begin for the December House Party!

Dr. Brown, music teacher at ASE, has been an active member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International for Key Women Educator for the past 20-years. She was awarded the GSO Achievement Award the highest leadership award given by the Georgia State Organization. Congratulations!

Happy Veterans Day from ASE! We would like to thank our students and teachers for working hard to prepare! Most importantly, thank you to the Veterans and their families for allowing us to celebrate YOU on your special day of recognition!

ASE 5th Grade students had the privilege of an in-house field trip today from the Coweta Stem Institute! Thank you to the 5th grade team for organizing and coordinating this activity for our students and to the Coweta Stem Institute for this hands-on learning experience!

We are so excited to have this amazing group representing ASE at the Georgia Educational Technology Conference! Thank you to the Coweta County School System for providing Mrs. Brightman, Mrs. Dudka, Mr. George, and Mrs. Gore with this wonderful opportunity!

A special thank you to our Sunshine Committee for providing the ASE staff with “no tricks, just treats” on Monday!
