The 2023 Chesley Awards. The level of art we get from suggestion to voting is always phenomenal and we want to thank not only the artists but also everyone who suggests and votes for these awards.

Artists are shamans, creating and expressing visions that propel the world's imagination. Athena is the symbol of wisdom, war, and the arts - the muse that sparks those new visions across space and time. Nekro created and designed this icon, as commissioned by the ASFA President.

We will be releasing the winners of the 2023 Chesley Awards this afternoon. This is the art of the award that will be going out to winners this year.

The need for volunteers was acutely felt last year as we had a shortage of people to help and were unable to achieve what we set out to do. We are sorry we were unable to present the Chesleys for works created in 2021.
