What a great morning in St Brigids celebrating all things sport! Firstly learning all about the commonwealth games and meeting Finnie of course! Followed by celebrating their sporting success💪🏻 Well done St Brigids🏅

UK's Biggest Kids Sport Event EVER! ***Please Share Far & Wide*** (Sky News came in to grab reactions for the Scotland game as this took place in Tory Glen but I feel this is also newsworthy) Huge congratulations to @ASGstmungos & all the kids in his Active Schools area on their ridiculous achievement yesterday. In a country where health & well-being are preached so strongly, you'd think this would be a hugely newsworthy event: > Biggest UK Sports Event for U16s EVER > 27 Secondary Schools Attended > 280 Participants > 141 Hyrox Style Teams > An Additional Needs School took part in a manner appropriate to their needs which shows the full inclusivity of the event Richard himself worked multiple 18hr days to ensure the place was set up & god knows how many "Out of Office" hours in preparation. People that go above & beyond to ensure that kids have an option to participate in events is exceptional and truly deserves recognition. He is not alone, here are some of the other people that gave up their own time to provide this historic event to kids completely FREE OF CHARGE: Ceejaycookspreps: A Meal Prep company which provided meals for all participants completely FREE OF CHARGE 👏 Soul Suites Glasgow: Supplied Van for 2 Days, Paid for Medals & Prizes for all participants and created a Recovery-Zone with Compression boots and muscle guns completely FREE OF CHARGE 👏 Factory Weights: Providing the Equipment, Creating Challenges and continually gives tons of stuff away for the aid of the kids that want to be involved in fitness longer term completely FREE OF CHARGE 👏 The Gauntlet Fitness Race: Providing Rowers, Ski-Machines and 5 Bikes for other elements of the challenges completely FREE OF CHARGE 👏 Nathaniel Collins: Professional Boxer their running Sparring/Boxing Classes throughout completely FREE OF CHARGE 👏 Dexter McKeating: Giving up his time to capture exceptional content like this compeletely FREE OF CHARGE👏 Sports Leaders: 50 5th and 6th Year Sports Leaders, that were trained up, were the judges for the event. Congrats to everyone involved in this historic event & hopefully we can see more people like Richard Morgan and giving up their own time to help improve the fitness, health & well-being of the future generation ❤️

Holyrood’s Nightmare Games athletes had a great training session at Fly gyms today. Was an incredible experience for the group from S4-S6 to do a full run through before the event on the 19th of November. Huge well done🌟💪🏻 @Holyrood_PE @ASGstmungos
