ASH Lady Trojans Softball with a big win over rival Tioga Tuesday night 6-0. 2027 Ella Melder has a big night in the Circle and at the Plate. Melder goes 7 innings allowing just 3 Hits and striking out 12. At the Plate she was 2-5 with a RS and RBI on a 5th inning HR. Melder will help fuel a Lady Trojans team as a LHP that has a stable of pitches, all with movement. A PO (Pitcher Only)? Not this one. Melder swings the bat as well as she pitches and can play on the infield if not in the Circle. While just a Junior for the Lady Trojans, Ella has committed @ULM_Softball and will join an ever-growing class of Louisiana stars headed to Monroe when High School ends.
