@ASICSamerica sent a package that they say was delivered but was stolen or lost. They refuse to refund me after I already bought their shoes off their site as I looked for the lost package. Been a loyal customer of over 20 years and they can’t even refund one pair

Never purchasing from @ASICSamerica again! I wanted to try ASICS running shoes and decided on a pair I liked. BIG MISTAKE! It’s been 3 weeks; @FedEx lost/stole the package. And ASICS is telling me I have to wait an addition week for a FedEx claim before I can get my💰back

@ASICSamerica …On May 3rd I bought 3 pairs of running shoes directly from your website. LOVE Asics…have bought 50+ pairs…usually from @Zappos. 2 of 3 are clearly mislabeled…too small - see pix. But support said they won’t fix issue. WHY???? Clearly a problem….pls help.

Hey @ASICSamerica you have a problem .. second pair of shoes, this year, that are disintegrating within 90 days of purchase and light use .. this is insane .. fire your quality management people, they are failing.
