Anyone else run in to horrible #customerservice w/@ASICSamerica? Shoes should’ve arrived by Dec 2nd yet my husband still has no shoes & has contacted them multi times! They refuse to expedite them, even though they lost them?! He’s called, chatted, called again etc #unacceptable

@ASICSamerica …On May 3rd I bought 3 pairs of running shoes directly from your website. LOVE Asics…have bought 50+ pairs…usually from @Zappos. 2 of 3 are clearly mislabeled…too small - see pix. But support said they won’t fix issue. WHY???? Clearly a problem….pls help.
