The 40cm restriction is imposed due to the nature of this week's specific scenario & its 3 phases, hence the name "Fingertip Fever". The range of motion (as Robb stated) is very small horizontally to the point you'd likely be able to play on something such as 160cm, this is also meant to be a "challenge". Of course, you can play any sensitivity you wish, you will simply not have a valid score for week 3's rankings.

@astrminc Sounds fun, but why the 40 cm or faster restriction? Most tac fps players play at around the 45-55cm mark.
