Called OFS and the lady wouldn’t tell us her name, wouldn’t verify that a bill was ever sent or a phone call made. Was very dodgy but felt like she wanted to tell us more, but said she had said too much already.

Wonder if they got backed up billing over Covid, like the IRS did, and just sent everyone to collections? Would have liked to have used FSA but because they did not bill timely, can’t. More than happy to pay our bills if they send them.
