How much do you need invested to withdraw £35,000 a year and never run out of money?

After 5 years you've taken out £175,000.

Feeling genuinely grateful for the engagement here.
I only started this account and posting late October and it’s honestly blown up. I’m just a guy sharing what I’m doing - not a financial advisor - but it’s been really cool talking with so many like-minded people.
It’s clear there’s huge interest in UK investing, and if I help even one person open a Stocks & Shares ISA so their capital isn’t quietly eroded, I’ve done my job. If that person then tells someone else, we’re flying.
