I am excited to announce that the program for mmNets'23 is live now. The 7th iteration of mmNets is happening with @ACMMobiCom '23 in Madrid, Spain, on October 6th, starting at 1 p.m. local time. We have an exciting line-up of talks, keynotes, demos, and panel discussions. 1/n

We have 3 awesome keynotes bring delivered by: Prof Chong Han, from UM-SJTU, China, Dr Frank Schaich, Nokia Bell Labs, Germany, and Prof Guillermo Carpintero, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.

We have two technical sessions discussing the cutting-edge research in Terahertz and mmWave technologies. We have an awesome tutorial by @ish_iitk on how to use mMobile, a SOTA 28GHz mmWave testbed, and an exciting Panel Discussion to wrap up our program. 2/n

First use of LLMs as research assistants in adversarial ML. Nicholas Carlni (nicholas.carlini.com) used a LLM to break the AI-Guardian defense, from IEEE S&P 23. The LLM wrote the complete attack, following Nicholas' instructions and guidance. 🧵(1/5)

Very glad to introduce our UAV Operation Center, deployed at UB SOAR jointly managed by UB Optimator Lab and WINGS Lab. With Starlink, solar panel, laser engraver and flight testbed, the center will provide support of design, fabrication and testing for our wireless UAV research.

We are very excited to collaborate with our colleagues at SUNY Poly through this seed grant towards building an ecosystem enabling open and collaborative experimentation and education for wireless.

The workshop submission deadline has also been extended to June 30th.
