💯 but what does @ScamDetective5 distract us from by continually attacking the incorrect ISO20022 compliant narrative. Interledger protocol (IPL) which Ripple created but is now open source is a value transfer protocol and a bridge layer that allows XRP to be leveraged for settlements and liquidity. ISO20022 provides for the messaging layer. Ripple has also played a big part in the evolution of this messaging layer for traditional finance. Ripple joined the ISO20022 Standards Board in 2020 and influenced the direction it took for cross border uses and extending the standard to DLTs. Ripple payments itself, formally known as ripplenet, which uses a version of the ILP was designed to align with and support ISO20022 messaging. In 2024 or 2025, I can’t remember exactly when, ISO20022 updates provided some support for IPL components. There is a level of hybrid interoperability that allows for XRP to be leveraged for liquidity and settlements while messaging occurs in compliance with ISO20022. So there is a compatibility between the two standards that benefits XRP. I don’t think it is unfair to say that when it comes to liquidity and settlements there is an indirect compatibility between XRP and ISO20022 through the ILP software.

They think it means language when compliance actually means protocol when you're talking about ISO 20022. None of these coins has the authority to put messages on the internal network.

@cryptobobberx The official website disagrees with you. Being compliant is easy. It's open source code but no cryptocurrency and no blockchain are compliant on a protocol level. That means they do not have the authority to put messages on or take messages off the internal network used by banks.

The single biggest mistake right now is swapping your utility coins for hype coins. Hold on to your ISO 20022 coins and don’t swap them for hype or quick flips. $XRP, $XLM, $HBAR, $QNT, $SHX, $ALGO $ZBCN, $XDC Your patience and discipline is about to get rewarded. 🤝

DTCC's recent patent names $XLM and $XRP as examples of digital liquidity tokens for cross-ledger settlement in asset tokenization. The world's largest post-trade infrastructure is seriously exploring Stellar and Ripple.

@ScamDetective5 People don't understand the DTCC's purpose at all. It was designed to save banks money and reduce compliance problems. No crypto needed.

They only are the holder of shares and they keep track of ownership for the banks. They do not deal with The settlement of value that's done at a bank level. No XRP needed.

@ZachRector7 All damages are self-inflicted. Influencers continually don't take the time to understand true financial markets, transfers, AML, KYC, KYT, KYP, and then they get confused about why banks don't want to adopt something that's just going to give them more work to do.

So what were the damages to the XRP community after everything we now know?

@missteencrypto Just remember everybody. It doesn't take $280 million of xrp to tokenize $280 million of anything. Tokenization in this case is just records and since it only cost fractions of a penny per transaction, that's all that's being used. Plus we can't even prove that xrp is being used.
