@atbfinancial its been more than 10 days since my online access is frozen due to an online cheque deposit. Branch wanted to confirm if the cheque was legit and i submitted all the required documents on the very next day. Contacted online support multiple times and they divert

Dealing with two companies (@atbfinancial and @Verizon ) who have had customer records that are causing me inconvenience (my email, other people). They both want me to do a lot of work to fix it. No. You fix your own damn crap.

@atbfinancial There is a reason why I have started to keep running records of my interactions with businesses. This is how ATB does customer service.

Incredibly annoying that @atbfinancial no longer allows you to contact a branch directly by telephone.

@atbfinancial Call centre agent: "Branch associates are the best to speak with about safety deposit boxes." Me: "Cool, can I speak with an associate at the branch that has this safety deposit box?" @atbfinancial : "No, you're not allowed."

@MichalskyLucas @atbfinancial It is ridiculous! It used to be a super simple app and now it jumps around and I have barely been able to use it for a month. I’ve tried all day today and it keeps erroring out. I’m done! Time for a new bank.
