It completely killed all momentum I had, people were talking in my twitch chat but it was about ad’s now suddenly taking over. I’ve just had a look and I didn’t even know I could opt out of affiliate. Now with this change it’s a no brainer for me. Fuck ADs (until I’m huge)💰😂

Tbh when I accepted twitch affiliate I was under the impression you could disable ad’s (my fault) so I accepted it cause I thought people subbing to me would be cool. It wasn’t worth the ad’s been ran though. Even on the lowest setting and been hit with pre roll’s.

I was so happy back in the day when I hit affiliate It was the worst thing I ever agreed to and completely killed my love for streaming. Having AD’s on your channel and not able to turn them off when you’re a small streamer ruins everything. It’s my fault ik but it’s shit.
