#PS2 - high ticket prices for one whole week rather than just for premieres. People know what to expect and wouldnt pay high to watch it in first week. #Vikram set a great example of collecting high with regular ticket prices after premiere which other distributors not realizing.

#PS2 USA premieres advance sales as of now is $335k from 428 locations. 4 days to premieres. #PS1 was having advance sales of $560k four days prior to premieres. Generally sequels have huge openings/anticipation compared to part 1. Somehow it’s not happening for #PS2 🇺🇸

#Varisu is trending slightly better but the breakeven rights are valued at 7CR which is nearly impossible to recover now.

Among Tamil Pongal releases in the USA, #Thunivu turned out to be successful film where as #Varisu has failed to achieve the breakeven mark! #Varisu stands at $1.13 million now. Will close below $1.2 Million. Didn’t even cross #Beast ($1,376,971) total in US! #Thunivu 👍🇺🇸
