Disgusted in the way being treated by @BootsUK been chasing a refund since August 2025 an item brought of boots website but third party. Promised by boots will get refund within 14 days back in November. Now we are in Jan! Chased up numerous times via email and no reply!

Even wrote a formal complaint email & no acknowledgement. No-one ever buy any third party items of Boot! Should have just claimed via my bank.

@LidlGB we purchased a playtive kitchen for our baby for Christmas when wooden toy event was on. We only set it up last night as it’s our boys Christmas present. However the oven door is missing, how can I get one?!
