Liverpool do not play a similar style to City and Arsenal. Liverpool play a more direct style. Passes are fast paced even in the first phase. They aren’t afraid of counter attacks against them if that means they can also play in transition. Their games look more like basketball games and they are completely comfortable with it. I hate to admit it as a United fan, but I like their style of play.
