Fusiliers from A Coy in Birmingham have been supporting the Manchester cadets, annual 2 week camp. Cpl Taylor has been putting cadets through their obstacle course paces! We are proud to support this fantastic youth organisation! #Armycadets #Manchesterarmycadets

On 23rd Aug 1914, the first 2 VCs of WW1 were earned by Lt Maurice Dease & Fusilier Sid Godley of 4th Battalion Royal Fusiliers. Their actions at the Mons Canal Railway Bridge resulted in Lt Dease being killed in action and Fus Godley severely wounded and taken prisoner of war.
