I've deleted the rest of this thread as thankfully the club has sorted it. It shouldn't take a social media rant and the likes of @IanTaylor7 to get something so simple resolved but I massively appreciate everyone for reaching out. UTV 💜

Not what I expected to return to twitter for, but the club has just crushed some of my families biggest Villa dreams in our lifetime, and feel like I have a responsibility to loyal fans to point out just how disgusting this is. #AVFC I've been attending Villa games with (1/6)

@BandanaSavos I've got a feeling it's quite a few though I might be wrong. Waiting for Monday is just a huge risk on missing out, as we know what the ticketing website is like

@BandanaSavos In theory he'll be able to buy a ticket on Monday, if they haven't sold out by then (which I think they might). Also, not only will he not be able to sit near us, he'll be lucky to get one in the same stand.

@AVFC_JJC He’ll get a ticket with 3 CL home games for the 2nd leg. Not that this isn’t wrong, but he should be fine

@tha_CEO_ If we're talking strictly about footballing ability, he makes the top 5, arguably top 3 (alongside Alisson & Ederson). He means more to Villa than any other keeper means to their respective club, and I'd trade some amount of ability for the passion he has.

Genuine question is he even top 5 in the Prem?
