Hills and thrills ⛰️ Ras Ad-Clad is one of our favourite local events. Each year, the hilly mixed terrain race alternates direction between Llanwrda and Caio. Rob, John, Clara, and Wendy earned podium places and quirky prizes! 😁 🔴🔵 #ammanvalleyharriers #supportlocalraces

Clara's 2023 just keeps getting better, as she claimed another ultra victory in her longest race to date 🥇🏆🥳 Only 23 finished the gruelling 100km GB Ultras Beacons Way event in horrendous conditions 💦 Clara crossed the line alongside Henry in 18:56:17. 🔴🔵 #GBUltras

Couple goals ♥️ Wayne L was supposed to be on driving and photo taking duties as wife Keri took on @ToughRunnerUK's Cardiff Epic Trail 10K. He couldn't resist a late entry though and finished 7th out of 240! Keri had a great, muddy run too. Great stuff, both! 👏🏼 🔴🔵

It was an AVH clean sweep at @OffTheTarmac's Pen y Fan Challenge yesterday ⛰️🥇🥇 Rob was 1st Overall on the half marathon route with TWO summits of southern Britain's highest peak, setting a new course record of 2hrs 3 mins! 🤯🥳 Elinor was 1st Female in 2hrs 34 💪🏻👏🏼 🔴🔵

Steve was third at Ras Hwyl Brechfa - a 7.5-mile trail run along forestry tracks from the NRW's Keepers car park, with almost 300m of elevation 🌲⛰️ All proceeds will go towards Ysgol Eglwys Llanllwni and Cylch Meithrin Llanllwni 🏫 🔴🔵🥉 #trailrunning #carmarthenshire
