Forex trading ruined my I’ve been in the trading industry for more than 6 years, yet I remain unprofitable. I have blown up my entire trading account multiple times. In the beginning, my first few trades were very profitable. However, I later went broke 2–3 times and lost everything. Recently, I deposited my last $1,500 my entire life savings and lost it all in a single day.

This the most underrated trading psychology book in existence, I did a webinar on some of the basics but prioritizing true “causes” has been one of the most enlightening practices of my career. Traders often act on inadequate ideas and are afflicted by a host of negative emotions as a result. It’s difficult to unsee how passive ideas that are either second-hand hearsay or misinterpretations of our own, affect our emotions. Spinoza systematically breaks down emotions and their causes at the highest level I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend but I don’t mention it because I know it’s mostly falling on deaf ears.
