My team has built some amazing internal tools using @Lovable in the past month In 4-16 hours they built things that were priced out at $100k+ by dev spots 3-4 years ago

It's not about giving up but reality of it that nobody seems to talk about. Everything costs money and while you do it, you gotta pay your bills, buy food, etc. There is product development, company setup, strategy, financing, marketing, depending whether it's a service or a physical product, there comes prototyping, research, validation, ... It's not like You declare to have a better product and clients flood your door in the next day.

Got laid off? Find 2 people and do a revenge startup. What did the previous company screw up? Try 3 products they slept on. Double down on whatever gets traction. Either look at it like a victim or as an opportunity and become independent.

We pay $200/month for Claude just to hit the limit in under an hour what are we even paying for??💀

The point is: The work needs to be done but the work is not your 8h a day presence in an office. It's the tasks you do. You don't need to be in office for that. Because of incompatibility with ways of managing work, my time in the office was mostly wasted. I take work seriously and the office is not a social event for me, but a place of working. Yet people seem to think otherwise, so I don't go there and I waste no time.

Is remote work still the future… or already overrated?
