Current weight 190, goal weight 175. Aggressive cut, will adjust macros if need be. Daily macros Protein: 200grams Carbs: 140grams Fats: less than 65-50grams Workout 4-5 days out the week. Cardio every morning + after every workout session. Cardio: treadmill incline 15 x speed 3 (sometimes 2.5 if I’m feeling weak that day)

This is a long post but if you take the time to read this you may see a shift in your trading under these crazy conditions. I mentioned this to my family this morning in the chat, something we have been noticing for the last 3-4 weeks essentially. If you’re struggling trading the New York session… getting cooked within the first half of the day. Stop forcing it, wait for the second half. If you’re red before lunch, reassess and shift your focus to 11AM – 1PM PDT. (Pacific standard time) That window has been printing, based on specific combos. 80% of intraday reversals on the 60min interval (22 REVS + 212 REVS) have been hitting. Minimum 100% returns. Now this doesn’t mean every trade you take after lunch will go green. This means you focus on specific Strat Combos with context. Given the opportunity. If you trade TheStrat it should be a no brainer. Your #TheStrat combo focuses are the following after 11am PDT. -22REVS -212 REVS -212 CONS NOTHING ELSE. If you don’t see it, don’t execute it unless your edge is on board of course… As simple as it is, after lunch: -Premiums are cheaper. -Follow through is cleaner. -Moves respect strat combo magnitudes, meaning when price triggers entry 80% of the time within the last 2-3 weeks it has hitt magnitude. Full moves. I hope this helps, this adjustment has made me north of $65k. I just gave you free game… all you have to do is sit patient and wait for those exact combos after 11am on the 60min timeframe
