Community strength has been the energy for $AFRO continuous $AFRO hours and community engagements have proven that we can all unity as Africa to build something that others have failed to do. It’s just a matter of time for the prices to reflect that. #AfroToken

Sending “Cold DMs” aren't bad, infact it is effective to get you your next web3 job if you change your approach toward it. How??? Keep scrolling!!! Most people are bad at networking. Not because they’re not interesting. But because their DMs feel lazy, generic, and self-centered. “Hi” “Let’s connect” “Check my page” That’s an instant ignore. If you want replies, you need to approach it differently. Cold DMs aren’t about you. They’re about the other person. The goal isn’t to impress, but to start a real conversation. Here's a simple structure that works every time: • Personalize • Appreciate • Add something meaningful • Ask a soft question That’s it!! For example: “Hey [Name], I came across your post on [topic], the part about [specific insight] really stood out. I’ve been trying to [related goal], and that gave me a new perspective. Curious, what helped you figure that out?” This works because it shows effort, feels human, and is easy to reply to. But here’s what most people miss… The best DMs don’t start in the inbox. They start in the comments. Before you message someone: • Engage with their posts • Leave a thoughtful comment • Show up consistently Now you’re not a stranger anymore. And when they reply? . Don’t rush it. Most people kill opportunities by pitching too early. Instead: Build rapport - Find common ground - Then suggest something. A simple way to transition into a collaboration: “This has been a great conversation. I noticed we both talk about [topic], would you be open to doing something together? Maybe a post or thread?” Or even better “Be specific”: “We both share insights on [topic]. What do you think about a collab post on [idea]? I think it could bring value to both our audiences.” Networking isn’t about sending more DMs. It’s about starting better conversations. One genuine connection can open doors to opportunities, growth, and partnerships. Most people just never get past “Hi.” What’s been the hardest part of networking for you?

April. Q2. Thinking deeply about how systems work (or don’t) across different markets and where the real gaps are. Still connecting dots. Still building. Shared a bit more here: linkedin.com/posts/sarah-wa… #Q2 #AfricaTech

Good morning tech chads. Stablecoins don’t win because they’re perfect. They win because they’re everywhere. USDT has one unfair advantage, which is liquidity. It’s on more exchanges, it's in more wallets and accepted in more markets. So when someone wants to send money across borders… They don’t ask, “What’s the best stablecoin?” They use what’s already available. A trader in Nigeria, a freelancer in Kenya, and a business in Dubai… They all default to USDT. Not because it’s perfect. But because everyone else is already using it. That’s the network effect: More users → more liquidity → more adoption → repeat. So it’s not just a stablecoin, it’s distribution at scale. How well has stablecoin made transactions better for you?
