Who decides how Arizona elections are run? Right now, key election rules can be written without enough input from the people elected to represent you. SB1237 requires broader input before those rules are finalized, so decisions about how elections are run are not made by one office alone. Because election rules should be transparent, accountable, and follow the law. #AZHouseGOP #AccountabilityAZ #GovernmentThatWorks #AZMajorityWorks

Across Arizona, families are making tough financial decisions every day. They’re cutting back, prioritizing essentials, and living within their means. State government should follow the same principle. The Republican budget delivers real relief while spending $800 million less than the Governor’s proposal, without relying on inflated projections, uncertain revenue, or new taxes. It fully funds education, public safety, and child protection, while staying disciplined and responsible with taxpayer dollars. Because responsible budgeting isn’t optional, it’s how you protect families, strengthen the economy, and keep Arizona on the right track. #AZHouseGOP #ResponsibleSpending #AZMajorityWorks

🚨EPIC! @AZHouseGOP Rep. @SylviaAllenAZ has seen 10 budget fights. And after all these years, she says the lesson is clear: Bigger government does not solve the problem. It becomes the problem. Tax dollars come from the blood, sweat, and sacrifice of Arizona families. They should be treated as sacred. ✅That’s why House Republicans passed a responsible budget that keeps government in check, returns money to taxpayers, and trusts Arizonans to make decisions for themselves.

It's been six weeks since Hobbs walked away from budget negotiations. Arizona families, schools, and small businesses deserve certainty, not delays. The Arizona House Republican Majority is still at the Capitol. We have passed a responsible, balanced budget that supports our priorities: lowering costs, funding essential services, and protecting long-term stability. Arizona cannot afford to wait any longer. #AZHouseGOP #AZLeg #ArizonaBudget

When affordability is front and center at kitchen tables across this state, Republicans are fighting to help Arizonans keep more of their own money. Governor Hobbs' idea of affordability is raising taxes and growing government. Ours is cutting taxes, protecting core services, and giving workers, families, and retirees more breathing room. iheart.com/podcast/1248-t…

Today’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court is a major step toward restoring fairness and equal treatment under the law. Once again, we’re seeing a clear contrast. One side continues to push identity politics and sort voters into categories, while we stand firmly on the principle that all Americans are created equal. This ruling reinforces that maps should not be drawn to engineer outcomes, but to reflect fair, constitutional principles where every voter counts the same. Here in Arizona, our independent redistricting commission remains in place, but the message is clear: elections should be decided by voters—not manipulated for political or racial outcomes. This is about restoring trust. foxnews.com/politics/supre… #FoxNews

🚨Arizona House Republicans Pass Budget Delivering Historic Tax Relief for Arizonans ✅Responsible, balanced plan cuts taxes, protects core services, and spends $800 million less than Governor Hobbs’ proposal STATE CAPITOL, PHOENIX (Wednesday, April 29, 2026) – The Arizona House today passed a state budget package that provides nearly $1.5 billion in tax relief over the next three years, funds core state services, and spends about $800 million less than Governor Katie Hobbs’ proposal. The plan delivers targeted relief for workers, families, and retirees facing high costs and continued pressure on household budgets. For Arizonans, that means bigger paychecks for workers, larger refunds for families, lower costs for parents raising children, and tax savings for retirees on fixed incomes. The budget eliminates state taxes on tips and overtime pay, expands relief for childcare expenses, increases the dependent tax credit, and provides additional tax relief for retirees and pension income. The budget also fully funds K-12 education, public safety, child protection, and other essential responsibilities of state government while rejecting Governor Hobbs’ push to raise taxes. The package was developed over months of work by House and Senate Republicans and keeps spending well below the Governor’s plan. Republicans continued working after Governor Hobbs walked away from negotiations in March and later imposed a moratorium on unrelated legislation. “House Republicans did the hard work and passed a serious budget that puts Arizona families first,” said Speaker of the House @SteveMontenegro. “At a time when affordability is front and center at kitchen tables across this state, Republicans are fighting to help Arizonans keep more of their own money. Governor Hobbs’ idea of affordability is raising taxes and growing government. Ours is cutting taxes, protecting core services, and giving workers, families, and retirees more breathing room. She walked away from negotiations, but Republicans kept working and passed a budget that spends hundreds of millions less than her plan while helping Arizonans keep more of what they earn.” “Families across Arizona are tightening their belts, and state government should do the same,” said @AZHouseGOP Majority Leader @MichaelCarbone. “This budget proves we can fund the priorities Arizonans count on without asking them to pay more. It delivers real tax relief, controls spending, and rejects the idea that government should grow while families are being squeezed. House Republicans are standing with taxpayers, workers, parents, and retirees who deserve a budget that treats their money with respect.” Governor Hobbs will soon face a clear choice: sign a balanced plan that cuts taxes, funds core services, and includes priorities both sides have raised, or reject it in favor of higher taxes, bigger government, and more political delay. House Republicans have done their job. Now the Governor should sign the budget when it reaches her desk. ###

“The Republican proposal spends about $800 million less than what Hobbs is pushing.” “Republicans want the full Trump tax package that’s in the president’s “Big Beautiful Bill.” That means a $1.4 billion income tax cut for Arizona workers over four years. The governor has proposed about half of that.” “It funds the core services that Arizonans count on, and is grounded in honest numbers,” azfamily.com/2026/04/28/ari…
