My buddy made a lease-abstractor I think you'd like. Also just knowing how to prompt chatgpt the right way is so useful. Example: Inputting a scanned copy/image of a rent roll of a strip-mall and then asking Gpt to make a custom excel (that you're able to edit after being made) of the RR while also asking it to input the rent/sf for each tenant. It's just little things that save have been saving time for me.

I fully acknowledge that artificial intelligence will play a big factor in the real estate world, but I am yet to see any signs of it. No product demos that demonstrate analyzing a deal is being made easier. Nothing that analyzes aerials to call out obvious pros and cons of a property. Nothing pointing to a new listing being potentially mispriced. I am assuming people are building all this stuff, but other than the ai buzzword being thrown around all over the place, I am yet to see anything that's interesting.
