I made a Visa transaction on Jan 1 for €4,970 and was debited GHS 66,421. The transaction FAILED, yet instead of refunding the exact amount you took, you credited me only GHS 58,150 , an outrageous GHS 8,270 difference because you chose to apply your buying rate.

@AbsaGhana Okay, because I went back to the branch for a follow up after engaging you, and I was told but the CS rep that the team in charge still hasn’t responded, so a reminder had to be sent. This is extremely frustrating. I expect an immediate and concrete resolution. Thank you
