Extremely disappointed with @heydigit claim service. My car accident claim is still not fully approved despite submitting all required documents. Poor support, delays & stressful experience. Customers deserve transparency and fair claim settlement. Please resolve this urgently.

@redBus_in It's been over 10 days, and my refund is still not processed despite repeated follow-ups with customer support. Booking ID: Ticket- TV4D46995570, PNR 387184391-6570798. If the refund is not credited immediately, I will be filing a formal complaint in the consumer court
