ISRO scientists are leaving despite having a Stable/Secure Govt jobs and nice compensation of 7th Pay commission (with 8th Pay Commission on the way), indicates more towards first reason which is the prime responsibility of the Directors/Chairman appointed by the Ministers, who inturn is chosen by Pradhan Sewak. In a pyramid of work force, horses can not be led by donkeys for a longer period. Either of them have to leave the organisation. So, who leaves, heavily depend on the species who is sitting on the top...A Horse or a Donkey ! Organisation has to collapse someday if it's led by a donkey because horses will leave sooner or later. In our country horses are leaving and moving to other countries, so guess who is leading !!

Not surprised to see the kind of abuses being hurled on a comment, concerning noticeable exodus in ISRO, India's Premier Space Agency. Is it offensive because it's tagged to our Pradhan Sewak or Concern is not genuine. Attrition anywhere has two basic reasons...Superior's Incompetence and Inferior Compensation. ISRO scientists are leaving despite having a stable Govt jobs and nice compensation in 7th Pay commission (with 8th PC on the way), indicates more towards first reason which is the responsibility of the Chairman and Minister appointed by the Pradhan Sewak. So, I think, every sensible and responsible citizen has right to question the day's government on any national issue. Airing some snippets on related concerns the way our govt is functioning. 1) Education is core strength of any country's development. Look at China's 4.4% and USA 5.8% spend on education budget. And in India, Education budget is declining. It was 4.6% of GDP in 2014-15 and 2.5% in recent years against the 6% recommended by NEP 2020. The Deptt of Higher Education specifically dropped from 2.52% of the Union Budget in 2013–14 to 0.91% in 2024–25. Approx ONE LAC Govt Schools shut down in last 12 years. And we have whopping 1 Million vacancies in Teaching positions. Is this decline a deliberate move towards weakening the education system of our country ? Are we not increasing the illetracy and blindfaith by this ? Are we heading for country of Babaland where illeterate goons living and running this nation. Where is the scientific temperament ? Is this the way towards so called...VIKSHIT BHARAT or DESTRUCTION !! Think over and sense the direction our leaders are steering us into... Jai hind !!

Dear PM @narendramodi, Congratulations on another achievement. If there was an award for institutional destruction, I am pretty sure you would be the first and the only one to get that. My only request to you is to take more naps. Sleep, take rest. Or please go on more foreign tours and take naps there. Please go a bit slow on destroying my country.
