The average global temperature for the past 120 days – since mid-February – is estimated to be about 0.38°C (0.68°F) above the 30-year average. That's not even really measurable warming. I doubt that the six weeks prior to mid-February were appreciably warmer. So the year-to-date has not been 'notably' or usually warm.
