This was me! On Good Friday I was pulled over for breaking a non existent stoplight. I contested the officer, but she insisted. Confronted her later that evening at the station to find out they all realized the mistake, but ofcourse there’s no recourse. @JamaicaConstab

For too long, the bureaucracy to fix roads in Ja is so time consuming, next to nothing get done. Until someone gets hurt, then you hear something else; that kind of culture in the labour force makes productivity dwindle.

Urban population centers are never "strongholds." Strongholds are associated with wasp nests, a den of wolves or a termite mound. It invokes images of a concentrated breeding ground of a hostile species. It is a political term invoked to murder civilians indiscriminately.
