Stop viewing "potential" as a finish line.
It’s not a destination you reach; it is a moving target that expands every time you have the courage to actually do the work.
Most people treat potential like a fixed tank of fuel—they’re afraid to use it up, or they’re waiting for the "right time" to tap into it. But potential functions more like a muscle. It doesn’t just exist; it is created through tension and recovery.
Every time you push past your current limit, the horizon shifts. You don't just get closer to your goals; you become capable of imagining even bigger ones.
If you feel like you’ve hit a plateau, consider this:
Action creates clarity: You can't think your way into a bigger future; you have to build your way there.
The reward for hard work is more work: Not as a burden, but as a higher level of the game with bigger stakes and better challenges.
Confidence follows evidence: Stop asking for permission to be great and start stacking the "receipts" that prove you're already moving.
The version of you from five years ago would be amazed at what you handle today as "normal." That’s because your potential expanded while you weren't looking—simply because you stayed in the arena.
Stop waiting to "arrive." Just keep moving the target.
