To ensure that ICAI is not getting SG's approvals by misleading the State Govts. I have sent mail to TN CM and Chief Secretary and all district collectors, that "ICAI must comply with the state SOP and DMA rules" in order to conduct exams as per SC's order. #icaiexams #ICAI
