@askryanair @Ryanair 5th time lucky. After 4 calls, and 4 different messages about my flight status, with no resolution, over 2 months, @askryanair solved within an hour and changed the flights, FOC. Confidence in @ryanair slightly restored. Time will tell if I get to board, my fingers are crossed.

@askryanair Help- my flight is cancelled, but the flight at same time and from same place is available for me to re-book for £180 with only 2 seats left at that price? How can my flight be cancelled, if you are running the same flight, and why can't I change for free?

@jdejorge @askryanair @Ryanair Did it get resolved? So far I've been told my flight cancellation "Isn't confirmed", so I cant change to the flight going ahead until I receive an email (or pay £180). Despite the website and call handlers confirming it's cancelled
