What to eat in the mornining? What to eat for dinner or lunch or healthy snacks? Heck you don't even know when you should eat. Do you think real professional bodybuilders eat at random times? Think Arnold, he didn't became the biggest and brought home many titles because he did what everybody else. Results need EXACT protocols. And let's stay honest, you don't know how it's done because you never did it. I've maintained elite physique for DECADES. I train since I'm 13 years old. I've won competitions and even been selected for movie roles out of thousands of people. I don't say stuff I just heard online. I lived it. That's I whole heartedly believe that I'm the best to teach this. I definitely didn't fake it, there wasn't chatgpt editing the pictures of wannabe fitness influencers 10 years ago (and when you buy their 'stuff' you wonder why it didn't work... becaue they fake it.) If I called you up on your phone right now and told you HOW to do it and you followed it, you'd see results in no time. Agree? Okay so obviously I can't call everyone up... I have movies to make and a life to live right? But I still want to give you the information because if you look great you inspire me to be greater as well, be healthier, lift more, dream bigger. That's why a good few years ago I decided write a whole frickin book about it, so I don't have to call you and talk for an hour, but you can just read it yourself, isn't it easier for the both of us? And guess what? I obviously want to make sure that people understand my book so I keep asking and checking how's it working out for my people. Yes they're all winning. Muscle going up. Fat going down. Fulfillment going up. Health going up. And it's not like I tell you to eat dirt, come on bro stop looking for non sense excuses. We're happy when we eat what we eat every single day, it's not a struggle like you imagine in your head at all.
