I say this from a place of love. We are literally watching Omah Lay fall off, and it is so sad to see. I need his team to wake up and do things the right way. Clarity of Mind was supposed to drop in 2024. For whatever reason, it didn’t drop. He ghosted for a while and wasn’t serious about dropping singles like he used to. And now, in 2026, he announced a Clarity of Mind release date for next month, and we have only 12 songs (9 minutes total)? Do you know what’s worse? Holy Ghost, which dropped in 2023, three years ago, already has 185M streams on Spotify, and it’s on the album. Nahh, there is definitely something going on with his team that they are overlooking. Omah Lay used to be in the same conversation as Rema, Tems, Asake, Burna Boy, and Zlatan. This is not looking good.
