When someone is working for you it’s quite simple. You offer a price or a rate. If you agree to a price and a certain standard that’s the price you pay on completion, unless of course there are added extras or less work is required than originally agreed. If they’re on a rate, you pay for their time consumed. It really isn’t rocket science.

My brother is twice the man he was 10 years ago. But he’s not the same fighter. He conquered kickboxing as a younger man, he’s never been afraid to test himself, never afraid to take on new challenges and I love and respect him for it. It’s been a tough few years for us both. Onto bigger and newer challenges. Plenty of new lands to conquer. Together. As always.
