This week we have been discussing Rheology in France and using the new version of the RHEA software with old and new friends in Bordeaux. Many of the ideas linking rheology to critical aspects of pavement performance started in France in the 1970s and 1980s.

@krishennaidoo When you have the ability to survey in this manner you could add features for different aspects - certainly in the future this could be used in QC/QA activities- but the technology is just developing! Innovation by our engineers is exciting in this age!

The RHEA software has been further developed with additional models for describing the time or frequency dependency of asphalt materials. We now include eight different models – some more applicable to liquid behavior and some better with solids.
